Yoga Orkney® has been established in the community since 2014 and we have loved every minute of it. as many did we made the move to mainly online sessions in 2020 and more people work out around other things in their lives - taking accountability for our own timetables is key to a healthy movement practice
we follow contemporary science and health and wellbeing are about so much more than exercise. what we look like on the outside doesn't indicate how healthy we are.
