MEET Dr. ADELE LIDDERDALE

YACEP | E-RYT 500 | QCF Level 3 | PhD


Founder | E-RYT 500 yoga teacher | Yoga Nidra specialist & Pilates instructor based in Orkney. 

I've been practising for over 20 years and teaching since 2012.

My own practice changed significantly after an injury that sent me back to the foundations. It led me to philosophy, to easeful and steady yoga asana and to a deeper understanding what yoga is actually for in our modern times.

 

I've studied yoga philosophy weekly since 2017 and that depth underpins everything I teach.

Dr. Adele Lidderdale holds a PhD in policy science, a Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga and a Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates (both QCF regulated and nationally recognised by the UK government). She holds an ActiveIQ qualified Trainer and Assessor.

 

I specialises in Yoga Nidra and depth-led practice.
